This was my first read about Chinese revolution and science-fiction based on China. The Three-Body Problem gives us insights in Chinese revolution, and China's issues about controlling media and in more than one places this book feels lie the book version of 'Star-wars' series.
The quality of research that went in Cixin Liu's book is epic and at time, it made me stop reading, to imagine and calculate the scene that was described in the book. The effort to make contact with the Extraterrestrials, the complicated human societies and a lot of things are relatable. The book draws the true face of human society today and on other hand, it uplifts the story with the epic science fiction part.
The technology and science part have been well demonstrated and everything about it is grand. It is the first part of the trilogy and I am yet to see what happens next. This book is definitely a must read for the sci-fi lovers.
